This fabulous 6-month-aged goat cheese from Spain is produced with Murciana goat’s milk. Naked Goat® is mild with a sweet finish, making it an ideal intro goat cheese. It is also perfect for melting. For cheese plates, pair with almonds in honey, Mantovane Mostarda and a crisp white wine.

APPEARANCESix pound wheel with a smooth, pale yellow rind. The cheese is milky white with very small eyes throughout the paste.
FLAVOROverall, the flavor starts off creamy and mild. The sweet and tangy finish becomes more pronounced with age.
