Organic, monovarietal extra virgin olive oil unique to Gargano, a highland sub-region of Puglia. Ogliarola has a clear golden yellow color with a slightly greenish tone. Pleasantly soft on the palate with a velvety note, balanced bitter and spicy tones; fruity with  personality, but without excess, ideal for use with steamed vegetables, salads and soups.
