These large potato gnocchi are perfect for a wide range of Italian dishes, from simple butter and sage preparations to more complex sauces. The gnocchi's tender consistency and rustic, homemade shape make it ideal for both professional kitchens and home cooking.

  • Ingredients: Made with 91% potato puree (water, 38% potato flakes, emulsifiers, and spices), potato starch, soft wheat flour "00", 1.5% eggs, and salt. The gnocchi are coated with rice flour to prevent sticking.
  • Pasta Characteristics: The gnocchi are larger than traditional gnocchi and have a homemade, rustic shape. They have a light yellow color with a soft and tender texture, typical of potato-based gnocchi.
  • IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Process: Each gnocchi is frozen using the IQF method, preserving its freshness, ensuring easy portion control, and allowing for convenient handling.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil salted water, and without defrosting, add the frozen gnocchi to the water.
