Obtained from a skillful mixture of cooked must and wine vinegar, set to refine in 220 litres wooden barrels (barrique): it’s the kind of Guerzoni Balsamic Vinegar of Modena which rests longer in barrels of different precious essences. Obtained solely from organic and biodynamic grapes grown in Italy, mainly red grapes such as the typical Lambrusco or San Giovese.
