  • IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Process: The gnocchi are frozen using the IQF method, preserving their freshness and ensuring easy portion control and handling.

  • Boiling Water: Without defrosting, add the frozen gnocchi to boiling salted water.
  • Once the water returns to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
