Shaped in the traditional tortellone style, these large pasta pieces combine high-quality durum wheat semolina and barn eggs, offering a tender and flavorful texture. The filling brings together the earthy taste of porcini mushrooms with ricotta and Grana Padano DOP cheese for a gourmet culinary experience.

  • Filling Composition: The filling makes up 52% of each tortellone, with 8% porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), along with a mixture of other mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinus edodes, Pholiota nameko). Ricotta, Grana Padano DOP, breadcrumbs, sunflower oil, and seasonings complete the filling, creating a savory, creamy texture with an intense mushroom flavor.
  • Pasta Composition: The pasta shell is made from 100% durum wheat semolina and barn eggs (18.5%), ensuring a firm yet supple texture that pairs perfectly with the rich, earthy filling.
