Cooking Instructions:
- Boiling Water: Without defrosting, add the Passatelli to boiling salted water. Cook for 1 minute after the water returns to a boil. Drain and season as desired.
- Broth Preparation: Add the frozen Passatelli to boiling broth. Once the broth returns to a boil, remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
For optimal results, use one liter of boiling water or 250 g of broth for every 100 grams of Passatelli.
