This delicate, narrow fettuccine-style pasta is characterized by its vibrant yellow color and supple texture, making it an excellent choice for a variety of Italian dishes, from light seafood sauces to rich, creamy preparations.

  • Ingredients: Made from 100% durum wheat semolina, barn eggs (18.5%), water, and salt. This combination results in a firm yet delicate pasta that holds its shape well during cooking and absorbs sauces beautifully.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil salted water or stock, and without defrosting, add the frozen Taglioline to the water.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then drain and season as desired.
  • For optimal results, use one liter of boiling water for every 100 grams of pasta.
