  • Ingredients: Made from 100% durum wheat semolina, barn eggs (18.5%), water, and salt. This combination ensures a firm texture that holds sauces perfectly while maintaining its elasticity after cooking.
  • Pasta Characteristics: Pappardelle is characterized by its wide, flat ribbons, with a deep yellow hue typical of high-quality egg pasta. Its broad surface area makes it perfect for absorbing and holding onto rich sauces.
  • IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Process: Each ribbon of Pappardelle is frozen using the IQF method, preserving the pasta’s freshness and ensuring easy portion control and handling.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil salted water, and without defrosting, add the frozen Pappardelle to the water.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then drain and season as desired.
  • For optimal results, use one liter of boiling water for every 100 grams of pasta.
