Shaped in the classic cappelletto style, these delicate pasta pockets are made using durum wheat semolina and barn eggs, providing a tender and flavorful pasta shell. The filling, composed of Casatella, Grana Padano DOP, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheeses, offers a savory and creamy taste with subtle hints of nutmeg.
