A limited edition organic, monovarietal Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil that best expresses the local terroir and the cultivars that represent the land that has been part of the Posta dei Colli farm from the start.
This organic, monovarietal extra virgin olive oil is unique to Gargano, a highland sub-region of Puglia and has a clear golden yellow color with a slightly greenish tone. Pleasantly soft on the palate with a velvety note, balanced bitter and spicy tones. A fruity olive oil, with personality, but without excess, ideal for use with steamed vegetables, salads and soups.
