Orecchiette is a typical pasta shape from Puglia and in particular from Bari, the main town of that region. In this recipe orecchiette meat our rich vegan Bolognese sauce made with tomato sauce and GMO FREE soy granules. This is a lightest meal with an incredible taste and texture.
Preparation: bring 3 and 1/5 cups of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Useful tips: serve with Pecorino cheese and black pepper.
Wine: Merlot or other medium-bodied red wines.
