  • Ingredients: Made from 100% durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour "00", barn eggs (18.5%), water, and salt. The high-quality ingredients result in a supple yet firm pasta that holds its shape and texture when cooked.
  • Pasta Characteristics: Garganelli is shaped into tubes with a ridged exterior, ideal for capturing sauces. The pasta has a deep yellow hue, typical of fresh egg pasta, with a characteristic elastic texture after cooking.
  • IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Process: Each piece is frozen using the IQF method, ensuring the pasta maintains its freshness and quality, allowing for easy portioning and handling.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil salted water, and without defrosting, add the frozen garganelli to the water.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then drain and season as desired.
  • For optimal results, use one liter of boiling water for every 100 grams of pasta.
