Laboratorio Tortellini’s Gnocchi filled with DOP Gorgonzola Cheese Filling is a fresh frozen product that combines the tender texture of potato gnocchi with a rich, creamy Gorgonzola DOP filling. These gnocchi offer a delicious balance of soft potato dumplings and a flavorful cheese core, making them perfect for a variety of gourmet Italian dishes.

Key Features:

  • Ingredients: Made with 55% potato puree (water, 16% potato flakes), soft wheat flour "00", Gorgonzola DOP cheese (10%), ricotta cheese, durum wheat semolina, corn starch, breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour "0", water, salt, yeast), and salt. The surface is lightly dusted with rice flour to prevent sticking.
  • Pasta Characteristics: The gnocchi are small, round, and have a light yellow color with a creamy filling. After cooking, the gnocchi maintain a soft, pillowy texture with a rich Gorgonzola flavor.
  • IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Process: The gnocchi are frozen using the IQF method, preserving their freshness and quality, while allowing for easy portion control and handling.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boiling: Add the frozen gnocchi to boiling salted water. Once the water returns to a boil, cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Drain and season as desired.
  • Pan Preparation: Place the frozen gnocchi in a saucepan with sauce, add ½ glass of water and 2 tablespoons of oil, and cook for 6-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally to help defrost the gnocchi.

For optimal results, use one liter of boiling water for every 100 grams of gnocchi.
